Libby joined Mopper-Stapen in November 2003 after working in the real estate industry for several years. A native of Nashville, TN, Libby relocated to a rural waterfront community in McIntosh County, GA from Athens in 1986. Since then Libby has lived on St. Simons Island, and has been a resident homeowner on Tybee Island since 1997. Libby has been recognized by the City of Tybee for her volunteer services and has served on the Tybee Island Planning Commission, several City committees, and is a member of the Tybee Beautification Association.

Libby has extensive knowledge of Coastal Georgia properties and has a passionate interest in preserving our pristine waterways and historic areas. Having lived "on the water" for many years she has an excellent understanding of waterfront properties.

Libby is also an accessibility expert. She understands the needs of wheelchair bound individuals, and the issues that need to be addressed to provide maximum independence for this often overlooked population.

Libby works closely with both Buyers and Sellers and prides herself on developing long term relationships with her clients.
