Lana has been in real estate since 2000, specializing in the listing and sales of property in Ardsley Park, Baldwin Park, Downtown Historic District and Condominium Conversions. She is quite knowledgeable in the Historic Review process, including requirements, guidelines and tax credit incentives.

Lana and her husband, a local architect, have one daughter and live in the beautiful downtown Historic District. Together they manage several rental properties and have undertaken several very successful renovation/restoration projects.
